Dani - Weapons Embraer Phenom 100

Daniel Fall is the owner of Dani - Airplanes (Dani - Weapons) and a new rising star in the Second Life flight community.
He has produced many aircraft for the civilian and military aviation markets. The models and textures used in his products are very well made, but became suspicious to us after an anonymous resident reported this model had been stolen.

UPDATE: A resident from the SL Aviation community has come forward publicly with a snapshot comparing the FeelThere Phenom textures with Dani-Airplane's Phenom's texture template.

(above) The circulated texture comparison of the two textures.

It's evident that Dani-Airplanes has compiled all 4 textures (a total of 4096x4096 pixels) from FeelThere's model into a single texture (1024x1024 pixels). This explains why the textures on the Dani Phenom are of lesser quality and appear blurry.
We'd like to personally thank whoever donated this image to the public. It has helped with our investigation into this aircraft.

UPDATE: An unofficial statement has been circulated that this product had a DMCA report filed against Dani-Aircraft by the Embraer company over the use of the copyrighted name "Embraer" in the Marketplace and in-world product's name and description. The aircraft's name has changed shortly after the report was actioned. The product itself has remained the same and is still in violation of FeelThere's Intellectual Property rights.

UPDATE: Another product from Dani-Airplanes was discovered. Please look below this post for more information.

After searching Google images, we could already find Embraer Phenom 100's in Flight Simulator X that looked exactly like the Dani - Weapons model. We were soon to find out that Daniel Fall has stolen an Embraer Phenom 100 from a 3rd party Flight Simulator X developer.
The Phenom 100's original model is the property of FeelThere.com, a third party licensed developer for X-Plane, Prepar3d and Microsoft Flight Simulator X.

You will find that the overall shape and minor details between both models match up. The caution tags and engine plugs share the same likeness in detail and positioning. The Textures appear to be slightly blurry on the Dani model. This is because of the original FeelThere Phenom's textures being of a higher resolution were compressed to 1024x1024 pixels to be compatible for Second Life. However, the colors and marking positions haven't been altered.

This is an Interior comparison. You will find that the carpet shares the same texture quality and color. The seats and seat belt positions are an uncontested match, as well as the texture quality and color as well. The window shades also share the same texture by color and quality. The grain direction and pattern in the wooden upholstery and dividers are consistent between both models.

Textures used on the Dani Phenom's HUD are cut out from the FeelThere Phenom's Flight Simulator X's 2D cockpit panel, which is included in the FeelThere Phenom package.

The Dani Phenom's textures have just been colored/tinted from the original skin that the FeelThere Phenom has as one of the packaged liveries.

As most mesh developers know, uploading copyrighted models into Second Life is a breach of the Terms of Service, as well as the original mesh's copyright holder. Anonymous residents, who were outraged by the discovery, had contacted FeelThere.com directly about the misuse of the model and it's breach of Second Life's Terms of Service. FeelThere support has replied and announced that they would be investigating the matter further.

With the evidence that we have compiled, we strongly believe that Dani-Airplanes has stolen multiple assets from FeelThere; mesh models, textures, and sounds. This product, under Section 2.7 of the Second Life's Terms of Service, is in major violation.

If you are a customer that has purchased a Dani - Airplanes' Embraer Phenom 100, we're are sorry to see that this developer has scammed you out of your money.
